| Wanna guess what this is? A torture basin, you say? That's pretty close! It was actually our toy box. Mommy added those nasty plastic spikes to the bottom after SomeCat poo'd in it (yup, with our toys in it!). Then Mommy felt bad because she would see us walk on the edge of the basin to try to fish out our toys so she removed the spikes. Then SomeCat came back and this time, PEE'd in it! |

| Guess we should say Thank You to SomeCat because now we have this pawsome Toy Rack! Meow-Me : Rude Mommy says my tummy is as round as Pooh's. Well, POO to Mommy! |

| Coco : Good choice, Felix! I haven't seen this feather in a long time! |

| Meow-Me : We stay in a separate area from Cosmo, Ling, Boomer and Tutu because Coco behaves like a semi-feral and Felix doesn't get along with Tutu. Me? I'm a sweetheart but that brat of a Tutu keeps growling at me. We're much happier in our own place (our room connects to the Catio - we get access to the Catio in the daytime and the Brats get it at night and early morning). We have the same things the Brats have (love, treats, toys...) but Mommy has a tough time taking our pictures because we tend to sit at Mommy's feet when she comes to our room |

What a character Tutu is! We just love seeing her with Boomer. A divided house is no fun, ours is too. While Oui Oui gets along with everyone, MMM doesn't like Carl, and she and Julie are like oil and water, but deadlier. So everyone has scheduled times in different parts of the house too. If someone poos or pees in something we know it's not any of the girls.

ReplyDeleteIt seems you have a workable solution to the cat dynamics, which is good. More effort for you, I'm sure. I learned with Annie and Nicki (ugh, what a dynamic that was) that any future cats must either be siblings or be bonded -- or I adopted only one!
And of course I love the photos...I swear you have the best action photos around the CB. It's always a great pleasure to stop by. :-)

We are glad to hear that you have inappropriate pee and poop problems at your house as well; though, no kitty has ever done it in our toy basket. We also have all the same problems getting along, but we have to work on separating ourselves 'cause there is no special room or area for any of us. We have an old garden planter that is pretty long with a handle that we keep all the doggy toys in. They love to clear that planter out whenever they can.
The play by play was wonderful! Love Tutu's very impressive puffy coat.

I have not let Jazz n Jewel see this post. They already consider themselves to be seriously underprivileged. And whoever it is who says that animals never lie has not shared their world with them. Jazz told me (emphatically) at five o'clock this morning that he hadn't been fed since Christmas. Jewel assures me that she hasn't been petted in a zillion years.

Aww. Does that mean you guys don't live in a single room? We could relate. We don't stay in a single room either. Chooey and the two chus are ate the second floor, while sickly Buchi is in the kitchen. The boys live outside of the house but they have a giant crate to sleep in.
