Tutu Tuesday

Tutu : Mommy! There's something in my water!
?!?!?!?!
Tutu : It moved!
Tutu : Excuse me, funny moving thing. You're in my water
Tutu : HEY! I'm talking to you. Don't make me smack you again!
Tutu : Helllllloooooooo!
Tutu : Mommy says you're a fish. Does that mean you're my lunch? Yum!
Tutu : Ohhhh. Fish watching has made me very hungry!
Tutu : Now, how do I get this cover off?
Mommy here : I like Bettas (fighting fish) so I thought I could put this little guy on my desk and enjoy him. Sadly, Tutu was very determined to eat him so I had to relocate him to the bathroom where he now swims peacefully in a much larger tank, safe from Tutu. She visits him every now and then but under very close supervision (his larger tank has no cover).

  4. Lol, that's so funny cats love watching fishes ! I once had to keep a little aquarium with two goldfishes, I put it high up in the kitchen on a cupboard, with the result that all cats sat on the kitchen table to watch them ! What is a pet clipper ? a razor ?

  10. Oh that mean Mom Tutu not letting you have that fish. That would have made a nice meal for you. You need to come to our house for a visit and we will get some fish for you. Hope everyone has a great day.

  14. Tutu, it's too bad you couldn't have a little fishy snack. :-)

Though our human was wondering if you were going to scare the poor fish to death. LOL.

  15. Oh dear, Tutu has a fish obsession.
I think it's a fairly common issue for kitty cats, though =)
Glad your fishy can now swim in tranquility in another room.

  24. My mother used to have an aquarium and her cat learned how to take the cover off. She would find him balanced on the corner waiting for the fish to swim to the top where he would whap them out of the aquarium and eat them.

  25. We think the word, "fish" sounds a little like, "slurp" in our language so we would nom him and his pretty fins. And so, we guess that's why we have no slurps in our house. *sigh*

  37. Whoa!!!! Tutu, this is the perfect cocktail for a cat (Itry). I love bettas too, I rescued one over a year ago as a half dead white betta, now he is a crazy swimming dark red betta, just another reason canadian tire should not be selling bettas I think
