| I bought this for Hubby to help him sleep. As soon as he opened the bottle, he gagged (for those who do not know what it smells like, imagine smelling the stinkiest pair of socks ever). He did eat a couple of the capsules, but it didn't work so to spare him the agony of having to swallow more capsules, I asked Katnip Lounge's Mommy if it was okay to give it to the kitties instead. :) |

Felix was the one most turned on by the Valerian Root. Meow-Me and Tutu as well. Coco and Boomer took one whiff and ran out to the catio. LOL!

My mom sprinkles my silvervine on a wash cloth and puts it on the floor for me. I roll with it, rub it all over and enjoy myself for at least five minutes. I wonder if my Plague Rat has Valerian? It smells awful. I don't like it too much. XXOO

Felix you are a riot. We sure are glad TuTu was there to help you get up but hopefully you didn't fall back down. We have never tried that Valarian root.
By the way, tell you silly Mom that the donkeys don't come in the house here. They would make too big of a mess.LOL. Take care.
My peeps knows peeps that swear by the tea getting them to sleep. Not sure about the stinky pinky capsules but I'd give it a go.

Oh my gosh! That looks wilder than catnip! They look crazed for it!
By the way, if you're looking for natural ways to help get to sleep, try a tiny dab of lavender oil under the nose or on the pillow. I've used it when I've gone through bouts of insomnia and it relaxes me enough to sleep. Melatonin works too, but I break 3mg tablets in half.
That cracked us up! We've tried that stuff before so we know exactly what Felix was feeling!
Heheheheehee now that looks like a lot of fun. Mom went and got us some just to try and none of us were very affected by it. She was disappointed.
But now nip....now that's a different story.

I had no idea about the Valerian roots that it ca help you sleep. If I may, you should try a massage before going to bed, it calms him and relaxes him, it always helps me. Smelly socks :))))) that's a fun comparison.

That is how me first discovered Valarian! Daddy boughts it to help him sleep and it didn't, and when he accidently dropped a capsule on the ground, Hissy Old Licorice snagged it so fast!

I like catnip okay, Valerian is pretty cool, but the VINE is FINE, Kitties! The Human says the Valerian stinks to high heaven and she will barely let me have any. She cannot IMAGINE actually ingesting it!! Yuck yuck yuck!

Nah, don't worry. I'm small but strong. I can handle the big brass ones just fine. They might clank a little though and interfere with my stalking of Moths and Other Flying Insects (OFI's). Still, it's worth it.
