An Award On Tutu Tuesday

Recently, Spitty gave me (ME, Tutu!) this lovely award (thank you, Spitty!). I have to list 6 things I like and then pass the award along to anyone I choose. Mommy totally failed us with the awards we received last year and we are determined not to let her slack this year.

FIRST : My DADDY! I absolutely LOVE my Daddy. Well, I love Mommy too but Daddy is special

SECOND : My brofur, BOOMER! I play with all my furblings but my favorite is Boomer!

THIRD : Milk! It makes me purrrrrrr
Tutu loves to eat almost everything but milk is special. Maybe it brings back memories of her being bottle fed?

FOURTH : MY Our turbo track that Katie sent to me us!

FIFTH : Silvervine. I eat the silvervine powder but don't play with the slobbered on pillows and rats. I prefer chasing and bunnykicking my furblings instead. MOL

SIXTH : Water. Hee hee. I LOVE playing with water

Well, I am Tutu so rules don't apply to me. So here's my SEVENTH : My very own private cave!

This is a bonus for my adoring Spitty (heh heh). Me with the feather toy!

Boomer Has Much To Celebrate

Not only is this award deliciously filled with nippy mice, it was also given to ME, Boomer, by my beautiful Sweetheart, Katie Isabella.

I am to tell you who gave me the award : Thank you, Darling Katie!

Boomer : I may have had a rough start in life, but I sure have loads to celebrate today!

And also tell everyone something I want to celebrate : There's so much but most of all, I want to celebrate having my very own family,  both humans and fursiblings AND the love of my life, Katie. Since being rescued from the streets, life has been nothing but one celebration after another. And for that, I will forever be grateful.

Now I'm supposed to pass this on to one to twelve furriends. I know a lot of our furriends have received this award so for those who haven't, please feel free to take it and tell us what you want to celebrate!

Wordy Wednesday

Grandma made a new hammock and modified it a little to fit in our catio. Then it was a fun family affair in getting it hung up in the catio, with Grandpa taking the lead. It took a whole week for us to sniff and skirt around the hammock but finally, Felix took the first, then second, then third and finally, the fourth big paw step into the hammock last night!

Felix - it really is the best seat in the catio. It's high enough for me to see everything and if something scary comes along, I just have to crouch down and no one can see me. Heh heh.

Now, I need to share ONE illuminating fact about me...it took me a while to come up with the MOST illuminating fact about me because there's just so many! Mommycat calls me DISHWASHER and it's not because of my love story with Dishy. To help you better understand why being called a Dishwasher is my most illuminating fact, I will let the pictures elaborate.

1. WHISKY : I don't like dogs.  I like cats and other critters but not dogs

2. COSMO : Everyone who meets me say I am a big cat. I'm just 13 pounds.  Haven't they heard of cats who are above 20 pounds!?

3. LING : I have Daddy twine round my pretty dainty little paws

4. MEOW-ME : Mommy says my mew sounds like Marge Simpson (from the Simpsons)

5. COCO : I am very skittish. Put something foreign on me and I'll jump 4 feet high!

6. FELIX : I love to pick things up in my mouth and walk all over the place with it

7. BOOMER : I am now a completely indoor cat as Mommy clipped off my nails after I recently drew maps on her hands. I was just trying to make sure she didn't get lost!

Boomer's Wish and Dream

We received an award from Gorogoro and Nikoniko! Thank you so much!

The award is called Premio Destellos Brillantes en el Cielo Azul (Bright Flashes in the Blue Sky Award) and wants us to describe what we dream or wish for most in the world.

The female human caught me back in April 2011 and had me *fixed*.  3 days later and after making sure I was okay, she released me but I refused to leave her as she saved me from a horrible life as an intact stray mancat.  I could tell the human was very happy I stayed as well since she gave me the name Boomerang immediately.  To show my appreciation and love for her, I can often be heard singing loudly to her from the porch during the daytime.

My wish is for humans to realize the importance of neutering so as not to contribute to the number of strays on the streets and for those of us already in the world to be able to get a human to care and love us.

My dream for a handsome mancat like me is to have the Beautiful Admiral to love and be loved in return.  This dream has already come true. *kiss*

The human said I can pass this award to 5 of my friends.  It was tough to choose only 5 so I negotiated for 6!
